About the Project
Avalon Heritage were commissioned to provide a heritage statement for the conversion of a former nightclub into residences. The building had been vacant for a number of years and had suffered neglect and damage. Whilst the building had been bereft of any historic features there was a surviving bay window that has survived from the early 19th century.
