Heritage Statement and Archaeological Assessment
About the Project
Avalon Heritage were commissioned by Wandsworth Council to provide a heritage statement and archaeological assessment in relation to the construction of a block of apartments adjacent to the grade 2 listed Putney Vale Cemetery whilst within the wider area of the PDA there were number of listed buildings. In addition, the PDA is located between four Archaeological Priority Areas and as a consequence, the applicant commissioned a Heritage Statement to support a planning application which is intended to inform on the presence of heritage assets which might be impacted.
