About the Project
Avalon Heritage Ltd were commissioned to provide a heritage statement for the conversion of the former Electric Cinema into residences. The client faced a number of heritage issues which had the potential to result in significant costs. By using our consultancy services we were able to rebalance the amount or heritage work called for by the LPA into a much more cost effective solution for the client.
