About the Project
Avalon Heritage Ltd were asked by the Powys Castle Estate to undertake a heritage statement. The castle is dramatically positioned on a steep rise above formal gardens and is surrounded by the stunningly beautiful Powys Castle Estate. Today the estate combines a number of commercial activities including logging and accommodation in one of the estate cottages. The estate office is home to a vast and internationally important archive. Definitely worth a visit.
