About the Project
The owners of Globe House in Bridge Street Conservation Area, Walsall commission Avalon Heritage to undertake a Heritage Statement prior to redeveloping the building into residential accommodation. The building is a good example, both inside and out of Victorian architecture and many original features still exist to a great level of preservation. The owners are keen to preserve the building's historic features whilst allowing it to continue in use as a residential block.
