About the Project
The owners of a Grade II listed property near Studley in Warwickshire have commissioned Avalon Heritage to support them with a contentious planning application to build a garage to the rear of their property. The project has been in planning for 18 months with no resolution satisfactory to the LPA or to the owners. Prior proposals have been rejected on grounds of impact and green belt.
Interestingly the house contains a working well in the entrance hall way, originally this would have been outside the confines of any building but the owners have incorporated it into their home in order to preserve this historic feature.
