About the Project
An exceptionally well preserved 19th century Weslyan Chapel with the ground floor converted by the owners as a residence. Avalon Heritage were commissioned by the owners to provide a Statement of Significance on the Chapel to advise on listed building consent to convert the first floor into residential use. The owners are keen to preserve the many historical and original architectural features that are still visible and working with the architect, we have been able to develop a scheme that will be workable for the owners and the local planning authority.
