About the Project
The Jacobean House is a grade II* listed building and is one of the earliest stone built buildings in Derby town centre. This former bar and restaurant is due to be redeveloped into residential use. Avalon Heritage have been working with the developer to come up with a scheme that facilitates the building's future viability whilst ensuring that the historical architectural features are preserved for future generations.
