About the Project
Avalon Heritage Limited were commission to undertake a Heritage Impact Statement on a grade II listed building within the Derby City Conservation Area prior to it's conversion into residences. Our heritage consultant was able to ensure that the plans were kept on schedule for the developer whilst satisfying the complex needs of the local planning authority.
