About the Project
Avalon Heritage Ltd were commissioned by the owners of Arboretum Road, to prepare a Heritage Impact Statement o support a planning applicationfor a single storey extension to the rear of the property to provide independent living for a disabled family member.
The property is non-designated but is located on Arboretum Road in the south east of the Walsall Arboretum Conservation Area. This report is required to inform Walsall Council as the Local Planning Authority on the potential impacts of the proposed development on designated and non-designated heritage assets within and in the vicinity of the proposed development area, in particular, this report is focused on ascertaining whether there will be any adverse impacts on the setting of the conservation area from the proposed development.
